1. Concept Exploration

A discovery consultation that explores your idea from a user's perspective. We work with you to understand the problem you're solving and the solution you're envisioning — no technical details at this stage. Through collaborative iteration, we produce a clear set of user stories that describe the process from end to end.

Deliverable: A documented description of the problem, proposed solution, and comprehensive user stories.

2. Design Exploration

A design exploration that brings your idea to life visually before committing to development. We translate your user stories into an interactive prototype you can click through, share with stakeholders, and use to gather feedback or secure buy-in.

Prerequisite: Completed Concept Exploration or equivalent clarity on the problem and solution.

Deliverable: An interactive Figma mockup demonstrating the core user experience.

3. Pilot Build

A functional application built around one key workflow — enough to test your idea in the real world and gather meaningful feedback. The Pilot Build uses a standard visual design, prioritizing functionality over polish so you can validate your concept before investing further.

Deliverable: A working application with core functionality, ready for initial user testing.

4. Production Build

The next phase of development, building on your Pilot Build to create a complete, polished product. This includes expanding to supporting workflows, refining the user experience, and elevating the visual design to reflect your ministry's brand and standards.

Prerequisite: A completed Pilot Build built by our team.

Deliverable: A fully-featured, production-ready application.

5. Concept-to-Production Engagement

A comprehensive engagement that takes your idea from initial concept through to a finished product. This package bundles all previous services — Concept Exploration, Design Exploration, Pilot Build, and Production Build — into a single, cohesive journey.

Includes: All deliverables from each phase, with continuity of vision and execution throughout.

6. Product Care

Ongoing support for products we've built, provided on a retainer basis. This includes bug fixes and hosting management to keep your application running smoothly. Feature enhancements and new development are available as separate engagements.
